The Transparency Act

On this page, we at Elmera Group ASA will publish due diligence assessments of our value chain.

Meeting Reporting Requirements

Elmera Group ASA currently requires suppliers to adhere to human rights and reduce their own carbon footprint. We are now conducting a thorough mapping of our value chain to ensure we meet the reporting requirements of the new Transparency Act.

The findings from our due diligence assessments will be published no later than July 1st each year.

About the Act

The Transparency Act aims to promote companies' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions, and ensure public access to information. The Act imposes an obligation on companies to provide information and to conduct due diligence assessments.

The declaration commits the Norwegian part of Elmera Group ASA to actively and continuously work with human rights and decent working conditions in our own operations and in our supply chains.
